Teneeshia S. Roberts is a passionate community leader, entrepreneur, and the visionary force behind Trailblazers Pathways Youth Foundation Inc. With more than 14 years of professional experience empowering youth, Teneeshia has dedicated her life to creating safe, enriching spaces where children can thrive academically, socially, and creatively.
As both the Executive Director and Program Director of the Trailblazers After-School, Tutoring, and Summer Camp programs, she brings a unique blend of heart, high energy, and business savvy to community mentorship.

Teneeshia believes that every child possesses a unique spark of leadership. Her mission is to give students the tools, confidence, and foundational support they need to discover that spark and carve out their own paths to success. Under her leadership, Trailblazers programs combine vital academic support with life-enriching skills—fostering resilience, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Our Story: From a Spark to a Movement
2021: Planting the Seeds
Camp Trailblazers was born out of a simple but powerful vision: to give local youth a safe, enriching environment to explore their potential. We started with a foundational 3-day camping trip to connect city youth with nature, alongside a back-to-school backpack drive to equip our community's children for success. From that very first summer, we knew we were building a family.
Growing Our Roots
As our summers expanded, so did our programming. We developed a hands-on curriculum designed to nurture the whole child—combining fundamental math and English support with practical life skills like gardening, cooking, and first aid to keep young minds sharp and active.
2026: The Year-Round Expansion
We quickly realized our students needed that "Trailblazer energy" all year round. Early this year, we proudly partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of the Capital District to launch Trailblazers After-School Tutoring, bringing dedicated academic.
